Terms of Service

1. About Sellvia Mall

Sellvia Mall is a digital marketplace operated by Sellvia LLC. The platform gives you access to ready-to-use digital products for everyday money, work, learning and life – including AI tools and assistants, guides, checklists, templates, planners, courses and AI personas (“Digital Products”).

Access is available through the Infinity Pass membership (see Section 4) and, for certain items, through individual purchase (see Section 5).

All Digital Products are educational in nature. Nothing in Sellvia Mall is legal, medical, tax, insurance or financial advice, and no Digital Product creates a professional relationship of any kind. See Section 9.

Sellvia Mall is a separate service from Sellvia’s ecommerce platform and its subscriptions, though both are operated by Sellvia LLC.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features of Sellvia Mall, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including a valid email address and phone number.

You agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You will maintain accurate account information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Sellvia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Nature of Digital Products

All products available in Sellvia Mall are digital-only. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery occurs via secure download links, dashboard access, or other digital delivery mechanisms, and products open on any modern device without additional software.

3.2 Ownership & License

All Digital Products are the intellectual property of Sellvia LLC and the Sellvia Partner Network – the partners whose products are published in Sellvia Mall.

Anything you download is yours to keep, including after your Infinity Pass ends. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own life, work and projects – write the letter, send it, print the plan, use the template in your business, adapt it to your situation. That part is meant to be used, and used freely.

The one thing we ask is that you don’t pass the products themselves on to other people. So, please don’t:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files themselves
• Publish them as standalone downloads, free or paid
• Repackage them into a competing catalog or marketplace
• Use them to train machine-learning models

Sharing a result you created with a tool is fine. Sharing the tool is not. Serious or repeated breaches of this section may lead to the account being suspended or closed.

3.3 AI-Generated Output

Some Digital Products generate content based on information you provide (“Output”) – for example a letter, a script, a plan, an image or a persona. Output is produced automatically, may contain errors, and must be reviewed by you before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You are responsible for the use you make of any Output.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Output for your own personal, household and business purposes. AI personas and other AI-generated likenesses must always be disclosed as virtual where you publish them, as platform rules and the FTC Endorsement Guides require.

4. Infinity Pass (Membership)

Sellvia Mall offers a monthly membership called the Infinity Pass, billed on a recurring basis. Current pricing is shown on the site and may change with reasonable notice.

4.1 Free Trial

The Infinity Pass includes a 7-day free trial:

• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the 7-day trial.
• During the trial you may browse the full catalog and download up to 5 products, free of charge (purchase-only products in Section 5 are not included).
• Starting the trial also adds a welcome bonus of 100 AI tokens to your account (see Section 4.5).
• The trial is available once per person (per identity, device, and account).
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid Infinity Pass on day 8, and your card is charged the then-current price. We send a reminder email before the first charge.

4.2 Paid Membership

While your Infinity Pass is active and paid:

• You can download unlimited products from the included catalog – no counters, no meters (purchase-only products in Section 5 are not included).
• New products are added to the catalog over time and are available to active members while their membership is active.
• Everything you download is yours to keep forever, even if you later cancel.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your Infinity Pass renews automatically each billing cycle using the payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account. When you cancel:

• You keep full Infinity Pass access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• You will not be charged again.
• Everything you have already downloaded stays yours forever – only new catalog downloads stop after your access ends.
• Any unused AI tokens remain in your account.

4.5 AI Tokens

Certain Digital Products generate content around the information you provide. Each generation consumes AI tokens, starting at two tokens per generation; the cost of a generation is displayed before you run it. Downloading a product never consumes tokens.

• Starting a free trial adds a one-time welcome bonus of 100 AI tokens to your account.
• Tokens do not expire and are not reset at the start of a billing cycle. They remain in your account until used, including after cancellation.
• Additional tokens can be purchased at any time in your account, where your balance and history are also shown.
• Tokens have no cash value, are not a currency or stored-value instrument, cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and are non-refundable – this applies both to bonus tokens and to tokens you purchase (see Section 8).
• Tokens are tied to your account and may be forfeited if the account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.

5. Purchase-Only Products

Certain Digital Products – for example premium systems or larger releases – are available for individual purchase only and are not included in the Infinity Pass or the free trial. Active members are offered these products at a member price. Whether a product is included or purchase-only is shown on the product page, and the price is always displayed before checkout. Once purchased, they are yours to keep under the license in Section 3.2.

6. Sponsored & Partner Products

Some products in Sellvia Mall come from the wider Sellvia ecosystem rather than from our own catalog team, and some listings are promoted – that is, they appear in a more prominent place because a Sellvia partner has paid for promotion under Sellvia’s own promotion service.

Two things are always true about promoted listings:

• Promotion affects where a product appears, never what it costs you or what it contains. You pay the same price either way.
• Promoted listings are marked as such, so you can always tell the difference between a recommendation and a paid placement.

All promotion happens inside Sellvia-owned properties. Sellvia does not sell third-party advertising inventory in Sellvia Mall and does not allow outside advertisers to place content here.

Whether a product comes from us or from a partner, Sellvia LLC remains the seller for every transaction: we take the payment, issue the receipt, and handle refunds and support under these Terms.

7. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise.

You authorize Sellvia to charge applicable fees – including recurring Infinity Pass charges – using the payment method you provide. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Your bank or card statement will display the charge as SELLVIA LLC.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

• Infinity Pass: the 7-day free trial lets you try the Service at no charge – cancel before it ends and you won’t be billed. Once a paid period begins, charges for that period are non-refundable; you keep access until the end of the period and your downloads stay yours.
• Purchase-only products: all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Limited exceptions (such as a duplicate charge or a defective, inaccessible file) are described on our Refunds & Returns page.

AI tokens are non-refundable, whether received as a welcome bonus or purchased. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.

9. No Income or Result Guarantees

Sellvia Mall provides digital tools, templates and educational materials for everyday money, work, learning and life.

We do not guarantee savings, income, profits, employment, a raise, the outcome of any dispute, claim or negotiation, or any other specific result. We sell tools, not outcomes. Any references to savings, income ideas or opportunities are for informational purposes only. Results depend on your own effort and on factors outside our control, including your provider, employer, insurer and the rules of your state.

10. Communications (Email & SMS)

By providing your email address and/or phone number, you consent to receive:

• Account notifications and product access information
• Service-related messages (order confirmations, subscription and billing updates)
• Educational and promotional communications

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but service-related communications (such as account access and billing notices) may continue.

11. Multiple Accounts & Automation

You may not create or control more than one account without written permission, including to obtain more than one free trial.

The use of bots, scripts, automation tools, VPNs to evade limits, or mass registration techniques is strictly prohibited.

12. Termination

Sellvia may suspend or terminate access to Sellvia Mall at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the catalog and any active Infinity Pass may be revoked. Products you have already downloaded remain yours under the license in Section 3.2.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software and materials on Sellvia Mall are owned by Sellvia LLC or by members of the Sellvia Partner Network, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Sellvia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunity.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

Sellvia may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
