Must-See Notes Steps

A working method for the places you keep saving, so the list you open three weeks later still tells you something you can plan around.

🔥 Action-focused · no theory

A printable checklist that turns a folder of saved links into one usable set of notes, in six passes. For travellers whose research keeps collecting and never quite converts.

Written for people whose saved-places list has quietly become unreadable.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Fifty saved places and not one usable note

A name is not a note

The entry says the name of a place and nothing else. Three weeks on you cannot remember why it was worth saving.

The list lives in five apps at once

Some of it is in messages, some in screenshots, some in a maps pin nobody else can see. Nothing can be planned from that.

Half of it is not there any more

Places close, move, or now need a timed ticket booked weeks ahead. The list never learns this until you are standing outside.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Inside the checklist

Define What Earns a Place on the List

Sets the bar for entry, so saving stops being a reflex and starts being a choice.

Write Notes You Can Plan From

Turns a bare name into something your future self can actually schedule around.

Split Anchors From Nice-to-Haves

Separates what the trip is built around from what fills the gaps between.

Check Each Entry Against the Present

Catches the entries that were true once and quietly stopped being true.

Keep Everything in a Single Place

Ends the scattered-list problem so the whole trip is readable in one view.

Hand the Sorting to AI

Passes the tedious grouping and gap-spotting to an assistant instead of doing it by hand.

Make the saved list worth opening again

Instant PDF download. Work through the six passes once and your notes turn into something an itinerary can be built from.

Questions, answered

How do I get it after buying? +

It is an instant digital download. The PDF is available straight after checkout, with no waiting and nothing shipped.

What can I open it on? +

Any device that opens a PDF — phone, tablet, laptop or a printed copy. Access is yours to keep.

What if it isn't right for me? +

Refunds are handled under the store's Refund Policy (30 days).

I already have hundreds of saved links. Where do I start? +

Start with the first pass, which sets the bar for what stays. Most long lists shrink sharply once each entry has to justify itself in a line.

Do I need a particular app or tool for my notes? +

No. The checklist is deliberately tool-neutral and works in a notes app, a shared document or on paper, as long as everything ends up in one place.

Is this the same as an itinerary? +

No. This gets your notes into a state you can plan from. Scheduling those notes into days is a separate job.
